超声刀止血和双极电凝止血应用于卵巢囊肿手术中的效果对比

摘　　要：目的研究超声刀止血和双极电凝止血应用于卵巢囊肿手术中的效果。方法 95例进行卵巢囊肿手术的患者,根据止血方式的不同将其分为对照组(47例)和研究组(48例)。两组均进行腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剔除术,对照组术中使用双极电凝止血,研究组术中使用超声刀止血。对比两组的手术情况、生殖激素水平、卵巢超声指标。结果研究组的手术时间(46.47±5.36)min短于对照组的(49.53±5.07)min,手术出血量(22.32±2.97)ml少于对照组的(24.37±3.52)ml,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后,研究组的黄体生成素、促卵泡生成素、孕酮水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后,研究组的卵巢动脉血流速度(12.85±1.48)cm/s、窦卵泡数目(7.54±1.77)个均高于对照组的(9.74±1.14)cm/s、(5.77±2.03)个,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论卵巢囊肿手术中应用超声刀止血相比双极电凝止血的效果更好,能够减少术中出血,更好的保护患者的卵巢功能。Objective To study the effect of ultrasonic knife hemostasis and bipolar coagulation hemostasis in ovarian cyst surgery.Methods A total of 95 patients undergoing ovarian cyst surgery were divided into control group(47 cases)and research group(48 cases)according to different hemostasis methods.Both groups received laparoscopic ovarian cyst removal.The control group was treated with bipolar coagulation hemostasis,and the research group was treated with ultrasonic knife hemostasis.The operation situation,reproductive hormone levels,ovarian ultrasound indicators were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time(46.47±5.36)min of the research group was shorter than(49.53±5.07)min of the control group,and amount of intraoperative hemorrhage(22.32±2.97)ml was less than(24.37±3.52)ml of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After operation,luteinizing hormone,follicle stimulating hormone,progesterone levels of the research group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After operation,ovarian artery blood flow velocity(12.85±1.48)cm/s,number of antral follicles(7.54±1.77)pieces of the research group were higher than(9.74±1.14)cm/s and(5.77±2.03)pieces of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Ultrasonic knife hemostasis shows better effect in ovarian cyst surgery than bipolar coagulation hemostasis,which can reduce amount of intraoperative hemorrhage and better protect the patient’s ovarian function.
