摘　　要：目的:探讨PDGF-BB在乳腺浸润性导管癌中的表达及其与临床病理特征之间的关系。方法:收集2015年6月至2017年8月新疆医科大学第一附属医院经病理证实的乳腺浸润性导管癌80例,采用免疫组化方法检测癌组织及癌旁组织PDGF-BB表达状况,并分析其与临床病理特征关系。结果:乳腺浸润性导管癌组织中PDGF-BB表达明显高于癌旁组织(57.50%vs 13.75%,P<0.05);PDGF-BB表达与淋巴结转移(P<0.05)和较高的pTNM分期有关(P<0.05);而与年龄、月经状态、肿瘤直径、PR、ER、HER-2、有无术后复发转移等临床病理特征无关(P>0.05)。结论:PDGF-BB在乳腺浸润性导管癌的发生及进展中起重要作用,其预后价值仍需进一步评价。Objective:To investigate the expression of PDGF-BB in breast invasive ductal carcinoma and its relationship with clinicopathological features.Methods:From June 2015 to August 2017,80 cases of breast invasive ductal carcinoma confirmed by pathology in the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University were collected.The expression of PDGF-BB in cancer tissue and adjacent tissue was detected by immunohistochemistry,and the relationship between PDGF-BB and clinical pathological characteristics was analyzed.Results:The expression of PDGF-BB was significantly higher in the invasive ductcarcinoma of the breast than in the adjacent tissue(57.50% vs 13.75%,P<0.05).The expression of PDGF-BB was related to preoperative lymph node metastasis(P<0.05) and higher pTNM staging(P<0.05).It was not related to age,menstrual state,tumor diameter,PR,ER,HER-2,whether postoperative recurrence and metastasis(P>0.05).Conclusion:PDGF-BB plays an important role in the occurrence and progression of breast invasive ductal carcinoma,but its prognostic value still needs further evaluation.
