摘 要:目的:观察JAM-A、p53和Ki67在正常乳腺组织和乳腺癌组织中的表达及其临床意义,并探讨其与淋巴结转移和病理分期的关系。方法:采用免疫组织化学染色法检测31例正常乳腺组织和51例乳腺癌组织的JAM-A、p53和Ki67的表达。结果:JAM-A在正常乳腺组织、不伴淋巴结转移的乳腺癌组织和伴淋巴结转移的乳腺癌组织中的阳性表达依次降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。JAM-A的表达和乳腺癌患者病理分期相关,乳腺癌分期越晚,阳性率越低(P<0.05)。p53和Ki67在正常乳腺组织不表达,在无淋巴结转移的乳腺癌组织、有淋巴结转移的乳腺癌组织中阳性表达逐渐升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),p53在TNBC中阳性率高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:联合检测JAM-A、p53和Ki67在乳腺癌的治疗决策、预后评估中具有潜在的应用价值。Objective:To study the expression of JAM-A,p53 and Ki67 in breast cancer and to evaluate their correlation with pathological clinical features and lymph node metastasis.Methods:Thirty-one normal breast glands and fifty-one breast cancer tissue microarray samples were analyzed for JAM-A,p53 and Ki67 expression by immunohistochemistry method.Results:The expression of JAM-A was decreased in breast tissue,breast cancer without lymph node metastasis and breast cancer with lymph node metastasis(P<0.01).There was no positive expression of p53,Ki67 in the normal breast tissues.The expression of p53,Ki67 was increased in breast cancer(P<0.01).The expression of p53 in TNBC was higher than those in non TNBC(P<0.05).Conclusion:Expression of JAM-A,p53 and Ki67 in breast cancer might have certain guiding significance for the evaluation of the development,treatment and prognosis in patients with breast cancer.
