摘  要:菊芋秸秆粗蛋白质(CP)和钙(Ca)含量突出,是潜在的家畜优质粗饲料。菊芋块茎中70%以上的低聚果糖——菊糖,是一种可溶性膳食纤维,是国际公认的肠道益生元产品,用作动物饲料添加剂即可起到保健作用,又能起到"减抗"功效。2019年,菊芋秸秆作为粗饲料首次纳入中国饲料数据库。本文综述归纳了饲用菊芋品系(种)的选育、养分分析及其营养价值优势,以及其在动物生产中的应用,以期为菊芋的开发利用提供一定的参考依据。Jerusalem artichoke straws are rich in crude protein(CP) and calcium(Ca),which can be used as high-quality roughage for livestock. In addition,more than 70% of the oligo-fructose in Jerusalem artichoke tuber,inulin,as a soluble dietary fiber,is an internationally recognized intestinal prebiotic product. It can be used as an animal feed additive for health care and a potential antibiotic substitute. In 2019,Jerusalem artichoke straw,as a coarse feed,was included in the China Feed Database for the first time. This review summarized the selection and breeding of forage-type Jerusalem artichoke lines(species),the nutrient analysis of Jerusalem artichoke and its nutritional value advantages,as well as the application of Jerusalem artichoke in animal production. The purpose was to provide some references for the development and utilization of this new type of feed resources.
