摘　　要：阐述了现阶段我国肉羊产业的发展现状。随着肉羊产业稳步发展,羊屠宰加工装备规模化发展需求迫切。通过分析我国羊屠宰加工工艺、关键技术装备研究现状及存在问题,提出了羊屠宰加工关键技术装备的科技发展趋势,旨在为羊屠宰加工业发展提出建议,助推我国羊屠宰加工业规模化、标准化、智能化发展。The development status of mutton sheep industry in China was described.With the steady development of mutton sheep industry,large scale development of processing equipment for sheep slaughtering was urgently needed.The processing technology,development trend of key technology and equipment and existing problems of sheep slaughtering in China were analyzed,and the technological development trend of key technology and equipment for sheep slaughtering and processing was put forward,and the aim was to put forwardsuggestion for the development of sheep slaughteringand processing industry,and the scale,standardized and intelligent development of sheep slaughteringand processing industry in China was boosted.
