摘 要:在复杂工况和直线要求较高的情况下,为满足农机高精准性、高可靠性的要求,实现农用机械的直线同步行驶,提出一种同步阀+电磁比例阀的液压驱动底盘。运用等同控制,控制器设计基于模糊PID自适应控制理论,采用AMESim和MATLAB联合仿真的方法,对液压马达同步直线行走进行仿真研究,得出符合农用机械行走要求的底盘行走机构。研究结果表明:该系统具有很好的动态响应特性,液压马达同步误差最大值为4.3 r/min,同步精度最大值为1.8%,可以满足农用机械直线行走的要求。研究方法可为需要高精准性、高可靠性的农用机械底盘设计提供理论支持,并为液压驱动的同步控制系统提供参考。Under complex working conditions and high requirements of straight walking, the accuracy and stability are required in agricultural machinery. Thus, a hydraulic chassis with synchronous valve and electromagnetic proportional valve was proposed to realize straight walking. The control system adopted a method of equal control, and the controller was based on fuzzy PID adaptive control theory. The co-simulation of AMESim and MATLAB was used to study the hydraulic motor synchronous straight walking. The results show that the system has good dynamic response characteristics. The maximum synchronization error of hydraulic motor is 4.3 r/min, and the maximum of synchronization accuracy is 1.8%, which can meet the requirements of straight line walking of agricultural machinery. The research method can provide theoretical support for the chassis design of agricultural machinery of high precision and reliability. It also provides reference for synchronous control system driven by hydraulic system.
