摘 要:单行星排混动系统搭配两挡机械自动变速箱(automated mechnical transmission,AMT)可以实现客车更为理想的整车动力性和经济性,但动力源的各异动态响应特性与变速箱的分段动力退出与介入存在相互影响,使行星混动系统切换工作模式较为困难。为给行星混动客车的模式切换控制提供准确可靠的仿真环境,提出一种配合行星排使用的变速箱建模方法,从AMT变速箱工作机理出发,通过MATLAB/Simulink分别建立换挡执行机构模型、同步器模型、变速箱输入轴和输出轴模型,并将上述子模型集成得到行星混动客车两挡AMT模型,通过给定车速和挡位信号进行仿真。仿真结果表明,所搭建的两挡AMT模型能够准确地反映升降挡过程中变速箱内部动力学关系及对外输出特性,可以满足整车仿真精度要求。研究成果对各类行星混动商用车的变速箱建模分析具有一定的参考价值。A single planetary hybrid electric system with a two-speed automated mechnical transmission(AMT)can achieve a more ideal dynamics and economy of vehicle,but the different dynamic response characteristics of the power source and the segmented power withdrawal and intervention of the transmission affect with each other.It is more difficult to switch the operating mode of the planetary hybrid electric system.In order to provide an accurate and reliable simulation environment for the mode switching control of planetary hybrid electric bus,a modeling method for transmission connected with planet row was proposed.Starting from the operating mechanism of AMT transmission,models of shift actuator model,synchronizer model,input shaft model and output shaft model of transmission were established by MATLAB/Simulink.The above-mentioned sub-models were integrated to obtain a two-speed AMT model of planetary hybrid electric bus.By simulating with given speed and gear signals,the simulation results show that the designed two-speed AMT model can accurately reflect the internal dynamic relationship and external output characteristics of the transmission during the upshift and downshift,and can meet the accuracy requirements of vehicle simulation.The research has certain reference value for the modeling and analysis of transmission of various planetary hybrid commercial vehicles.
