针刺督脉和夹脊穴为主对脑梗死病人平衡功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察针刺督脉和夹脊穴为主治疗对脑梗死病人平衡功能的影响。方法:将60例脑梗死后平衡功能障碍病人随机分为治疗组和对照组,各30例。2组病人均给予常规的药物、康复治疗,治疗组加用以督脉和夹脊穴为主针刺治疗,共治疗4周,观察治疗前后Sheikh躯干控制能力评分、Berg平衡功能评分、改良Barthel指数的变化。结果:2组病人治疗后Sheikh躯干控制能力评分、Berg平衡功能评分、改良Barthel指数均较治疗前提高(P<0.01),且治疗组提高幅度比对照组明显(P<0.01),2组治疗后三项指标比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:针刺督脉和夹脊穴为主对脑梗死病人平衡功能具有较好疗效。Objective:To observe the effects of acupuncture at Du meridian and Jiaji acupoint on balance function of patients with cerebral infarction.Methods:Sixty patients with balance dysfunction after cerebral infarction were randomly divided into the control group and treatment group(30 cases in each group).Two groups was treated with conventional drug and rehabilitation,and the treatment group was additionally treated with acupuncture at Du meridian and Jiaji acupoint for 4 weeks.The Sheikh trunk control ability score,Berg balance function score and improved Barthel index were observed before and after the treatment.Results:After treatment,the Sheikh′s trunk control ability score,Berg balance function score and improved Barthel index in two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the improvement degree in treatment group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.01),and the differences of the three indexes between two group0s were statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusions:Acupuncture at Du meridian and Jiaji acupoint has good effects on the balance function of patients with cerebral infarction.
