摘  要:CRTSⅡ型板式无砟轨道砂浆层脱空,严重威胁高速铁路无砟轨道结构的整体性、稳定性和安全性.提出一种基于应变模态的脱空识别方法,通过建立有限元模型,对不同脱空状态的轨道结构进行应变模态分析并量化识别效果,验证了该方法的有效性.研究结果表明:1)轨道板第一阶应变模态对砂浆层脱空识别的效果较其他阶应变模态更明显;2)应变模态脱空识别方法对远离边界的砂浆层脱空的识别更明显,定位精度可达0.025 m,识别脱空覆盖率最高达100%,识别区域脱空率最高达82.26%;3)脱空形状主要影响应变模态指标的定位效果,而脱空面积和脱空数量更易影响应变模态指标的识别范围和效果.The mortar layer void in CRTSⅡslab ballastless track threatens the integrity,stability and safety of high-speed railway ballastless track structure.Based on the identification of mortarlayer void,a method of void identification based on strain mode is proposed in this paper.The finite element model is established,by which the strain modal analysis of the track structures with different void states is carried out,quantifying the identification effect,which verifies the validity of this method.The results show that:1)the first-order strain modal identifica tion is more effective than that of others for detecting voids in mortar layer;2)void identification method based on strain mode is more effective in identifying the void in mortar layer far from the boundary.The positioning accuracy can reach 0.025 m,the best void coverage rate is 100%,and the void rate of the identified area is 82.26%.3)The void shape mainly affects the localization of strain modal index,while the void area and void quantity are prone to affect its identification range and effect.
