摘  要:数字时代中美互联网产业取得了高速发展,制度因素是其中必不可少的关键条件。本文回顾了新制度经济学、发展经济学和发展广告学的制度概念,对互联网产业涉及的主要制度因素进行了界定,侧重研究主要由政策、法律、法规、监管执法等构成的正式制度,从时间维度、空间维度和领域维度探讨了2002—2017年中美互联网企业面临的制度因素异同。同时,本文对制度因素在中美互联网领军企业阿里巴巴和亚马逊发展过程中的促进作用和规范约束作用异同进行了案例研究,并展望了中国互联网企业面临的制度因素变迁趋向。In the digital age,the Internet industry in China and the United States has achieved rapid development,among which institutional factors are essential.This paper reviews the institutional concepts of new institutional economics,development economics and development advertising,defines the main institutional factors involved in the Internet industry,and focuses on the formal institutions composed of policies,laws,regulations,supervision and enforcement,etc.Considering the dimensions of time,space and field,this study discusses the similarities and differences of institutional factors faced by Chinese and American Internet enterprises from 2002 to 2017.At the same time,this paper makes a case study on the similarities and differences of institutional factors in promoting and regulating the development of Alibaba and Amazon,the leading Internet enterprises in China and the United States,and looks forward to the trend of institutional changes faced by Chinese internet enterprises.
