摘  要:人才培养输出与社会需求脱节是地方应用型本科院校迫切需要解决的问题。推进产教融合是地方本科院校培养以能力为本位,服务区域经济的人才,促进教育链、人才链与产业链、创新链有机衔接的重要途径。攀枝花学院ICT产教融合基地在“产教融合、应用为先”的教学理念指引下,以OBE人才培养模式为向导,以需求为驱动,从培养方案、课程体系、授课方式等多个方面积极探索应用型人才培养模式。ICT基地沿着“融合—改革—创新”的渐进式路径坚持不懈的改革与探索,强调学生知识应用能力、创新能力、团体协作能力、个人素质等方面的培养,力求培养出能满足行业需求的高质量应用型人才。The disconnection between talent training output and social demand constitutes an urgent problem for local application-oriented colleges and universities.Promoting the integration between industry and education is an important way for local undergraduate colleges to cultivate competency-based talents to serve regional economy,and to promote the organic connection of education chain,talent chain,industry chain and innovation chain.Guided by the teaching concept of“integration between industry and education,application first”,the ICT industry and education integration base of Panzhihua University actively explores the training mode of applied talents in terms of training scheme,curriculum system and teaching mode,guided by OBE talent training mode and driven by demand.The ICT base perseveres in reform and exploration along the gradual path of“integration-reform-innovation”,emphasizing the training of students'competence in knowledge application,innovation,team collaboration and personal quality,and striving to cultivate high-quality application-oriented talents to meet the industry demands.
