高校篮球队员不同气质类型与比赛应对方式的关系研究

摘　　要：本文采用问卷调查、数理统计等方法,对部分高校篮球运动员的气质类型和相对应的比赛应对方式进行研究分析,探讨两者之间存在何种关系。结果表明:(1)高校篮球队员气质类型在性别上无显著性差异;(2)不同气质类型高校篮球队员选择相对应的比赛应对方式存在着显著性差异。主要表现为:多血质、粘液质、多血质-粘液质混合类型球员倾向于选择“直接行动”“认知重建”的比赛应对方式;胆汁质、多血质-胆汁质混合类型球员选择“情绪宣泄”的比赛应对方式的倾向性相对较高;胆汁质、抑郁质、多血质-胆汁质混合类型球员选择“认知重建”的比赛应对方式的倾向性相对较低,选择“逃避”的比赛应对方式的倾向性相对较高。This paper uses questionnaire surveys,mathematical statistics,and other methods to study and analyze the temperament types of some college basketball players and the corresponding game coping styles and explore the relationship between the two.The results show that:(1)there is no striking discrepancy in gender between the temperament types of college basketball players;(2)there are striking discrepancy in the corresponding coping styles of college basketball players with different temperament types.The main performances are as follows:Multi-blood,mucoid,multi-blood-mucous mixed type players tend to choose the"direct action"and"cognitive reconstruction"game coping style;Bile,multi-blood-biliary mix type players tend to choose"emotional venting"game coping style;Bile,depression,multi-blood-bile mixed type players who choose"cognitive reconstruction"game coping style is relatively low,and tend to choose"escape"game coping style.
