摘　　要：随着社会的快速发展,传统的教育体制弊端已经初步显现,一定程度上阻碍了现代教育的快速发展。新课程改革就是为了消除体制上的弊端,推动我国教育发展而开展的改革活动。在这大背景下,高中体育教学思路和方法创新,受到了社会大众的普遍关注。而在实践中受到传统教育观念的影响,高中体育长期不受重视,教学效率和教学质量难以达到理想状态。本文阐述了我国高中体育教学中存在的诸多问题,重点分析了体育教学思路和方法的创新,希望能够为我国高中体育教学的发展提供借鉴。With the rapid development of society,the disadvantages of the traditional education system have initially appeared,which to some extent hindered the rapid development of modern education.The new curriculum reform is a reform activity to eliminate the malpractice of the system and promote the development of education in our country.In this context,high school physical education teaching ideas and methods innovation have received attention from general public.In practice,inf luenced by the traditional concept of education,high school physical education has been ignored for a long time,and teaching efficiency and quality are difficult to achieve the ideal state.This paper expounds many problems existing in the high school physical education in China,and focuses on the analysis of the innovation of physical education teaching ideas and methods,hoping to provide reference for the development of high school physical education in China.
