摘 要:近年来,电炉炼钢成本高一直是限制电炉可持续发展的重要原因。探究了冶炼模式和原料结构对电炉炼钢成本的影响行为,并分析了废钢和电力价格对电炉短流程炼钢的影响。结果认为电炉炼钢的平均成本比转炉炼钢成本高500~600元,而兑铁水可显著降低电耗和炼钢成本,每增加1%铁水可降低炼钢成本6.25元左右。然而,DRI对电炉炼钢成本呈现先降低后增加的趋势,电炉中配加生铁会使电炉炼钢成本显著升高。从废钢和电力价格对电炉炼钢成本的影响行为可知,当废钢价格低于铁水价格400~500元以上时,电炉炼钢相较于转炉炼钢才可能具备一定的经济优势。In recent years,the high cost of EAF steelmaking has been an important reason for limiting the sustainable development of EAF.The influence behavior of smelting mode and raw material structure on the cost of EAF steelmaking is explored,and the influence of scrap and power price on the EAF short process steelmaking is analyzed.The results show that the average cost of EAF steelmaking is 500-600 RMB more than that of converter steelmaking,and the power consumption and cost of steelmaking can be significantly reduced by adding hot metal,and the cost of steelmaking can be reduced by 6.25 RMB for every 1%increase of hot metal.However,the cost of EAF steelmaking firstly decreases and then increases by adding DRI.Adding pig iron in the EAF will increase the cost of EAF steelmaking significantly.It can be seen from the influence behavior of scrap and power price on the cost of EAF steelmaking that when scrap price is 400-500 RMB less than that of hot metal,the EAF steelmaking will may have economic advantages compared with converter steelmaking.
