基于GIS的医疗机构空间分布及最佳救助范围研究——以兰州市中心城区为例

摘　　要：基于兰州市中心城区各级医疗机构POI点数据,运用DBSCAN空间聚类算法和缓冲区分析法对中心城区医疗机构点的空间分布格局及最佳救助范围进行了研究,旨在为相关决策部门对兰州市中心城区医疗服务设施进行规划时提供支持和帮助,以提高决策的科学性和有效性,更好地实现公共资源的合理配置。结果表明:①兰州市中心城区医疗机构集群在空间格局上呈“一主多副”的结构,总体呈“东多西少”的分布格局。②从最佳救助范围来看,三级医院占兰州市中心城区总面积最多,二级医院仅次于三级医院,而一级医院占比较少;从各城区的医院等级来看,城关区三级医院和一级医院的最佳救助范围在各城区中占比最大,而七里河二级医院的最佳救助范围在各城区中占比最大。③从医疗设施点集群格局方面看,医疗设施集群过度集中于城关区,安宁区和西固区集群较少,集群格局分配不均衡。Based on the POI data of medical institutions at various levels in central Lanzhou City,using the space of DBSCAN clustering algorithm and buffer analysis,this paper researched the spatial distribution pattern of medical institutions and the best scope of medical assistance in central urban areas.The results showed that:①the spatial pattern of medical institutions in downtown Lanzhou presented a structure of“a main center and multiple sub centers”and generally presented the distribution pattern of“the east was more than the west”.②In terms of the best rescue scope,the tertiary hospitals in the downtown area of Lanzhou accounted for the largest total area in the central city,the secondary hospitals were ranked second only to the tertiary hospitals,while the grade one hospitals accounted for relatively little.③From the level of the hospital all around the city,the best scope of rescue in the tertiary hospitals and the grade one hospitals in Chengguan District was the largest,while the best scope of rescue The secondary hospitals in Qilihe was the largest in each city.
