摘  要:运用谐波齿轮共轭齿廓的精确求解方法,得出柔轮理论共轭齿廓模型,结合圆弧拟合和几何计算,建立了三圆弧谐波齿轮的刚轮齿廓方程。对三圆弧谐波齿轮的啮合深度、重合度、柔轮共轭齿廓偏差和侧隙等进行分析,结果表明:三圆弧谐波齿轮刚轮齿廓和各柔轮理论共轭齿廓基本重合,证明柔轮和刚轮齿廓有很好的共轭啮合接触特性;柔轮齿廓的理论共轭啮合点皆在刚轮齿廓内侧,避免传动过程中发生齿廓干涉;三圆弧谐波齿轮具有大的重合度和啮合深度,侧隙较小且分布均匀,因此三圆弧谐波齿轮具有大的承载能力、扭转刚度和传动精度以及传动平稳等特性。The conjugate tooth profile model of flexspline theory is obtained by using the accurate solution method of conjugate tooth profile of harmonic gear.The rigid tooth profile equation of three circular arc harmonic gear is established by combining arc fitting and geometric calculation.The meshing depth,coincidence degree,conjugate tooth profile deviation and backlash of the three circular arc harmonic gear are analyzed.The results show that the rigid tooth profile of the three circular arc harmonic gear coincides with the theoretical conjugate tooth profile of each flexspline,which proves that the flexible gear and the rigid tooth profile have good conjugate meshing contact characteristics;the theoretical conjugate meshing points of the flexible gear tooth profile are all on the inside of the rigid tooth profile to avoid the transmission process The results show that the three circular arc harmonic gear has large contact degree and meshing depth,small side clearance and uniform distribution,so it has the characteristics of large bearing capacity,torsional stiffness,transmission accuracy and smooth transmission.
