摘　　要：目的探讨眉提升术联合经眼轮匝肌小切口眶隔脂肪去除术改善上睑臃肿的临床应用效果。方法采用眉提升术矫正皮肤松弛、外眦下垂,并联合经眼轮匝肌小切口眶隔脂肪去除术改善上睑臃肿。结果本组51例患者获随访3~6个月,术后上睑皮肤松弛、眼尾下垂、上睑臃肿均得到改善,其中37例有"鱼尾纹"者同时减轻。所有患者切口瘢痕术后6个月淡化,患者满意度较高。结论此术式可一次性矫正眉形不佳、上睑臃肿和上睑皮肤松弛,有效改善"鱼尾纹"。此术式操作简单,效果佳,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of eyebrowlifting combined with orbital septum fat removal through small incision of orbicularis oculi muscle in the improvement of upper eyelid swelling. Methods The loose skin and ptosis of lateral canthus was corrected by eyebrow lifting. The upper eyelid swelling was improved by eyebrow lifting combined with orbital septum fat removal through small incision of orbicularis oculi muscle. Results All 51 patients were followed up from 3 to 6 months. The loose skin of upper eyelid, ptosis of lateral canthus and upper eyelid swelling were improved after operation. The crow’s feet were relieved simultaneously in37 patients. All incision scars were relieved at 6 months after operation and patients’ satisfaction was high. Conclusion This method can correct the eyebrow shape, upper eyelid swelling and loose skin simultaneously. The crow’s feet are effectively improved. This method is simple and the efficacy is good. It is should be considered for clinical popularization.
