摘 要:目的分析将循证医学应用于妇产科教学中的效果。方法选取2015年学习临床妇产科的学生,共156人,设为D组实施常规教学法进行教学;选取2016年在校学习临床妇产科的学生,共142人,设为S组实施循证医学模式进行教学,对比2组学生的期末考试成绩和对教学的满意度。结果S组学生的期末考试中各科成绩均优于D组(P<0.05),且数据差异明显有统计学意义;S组学生教学满意度(97.88%)明显高于D组(85.25%)(P<0.05),且数据差异明显有统计学意义。结论将循证医学应用于妇产科的教学模式中,可以帮助学生建立循证思维,提高学生的个人综合素质,对于培养创新型人才是非常有帮助的。Objective To analyze the effect of applying evidence-based medicine in obstetrics and Gynecology teaching.Methods 156 students of clinical obstetrics and gynecology in our school in 2015 were selected as group D to carry out routine teaching methods,and 142 students of clinical obstetrics and gynecology in 2016 were selected as group S to carry out evidence-based medicine teaching.The final examination results and teaching satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The final examination scores of students in group S were better than those in group D(P<0.05),and the difference of data was statistically significant.The satisfaction rate of students in group S(97.88%)was significantly higher than that in group D(85.25%)(P<0.05),and the difference of data was statistically significant.Conclusion The application of evidence-based medicine in the teaching mode of Obstetrics and Gynecology can help students to establish evidence-based thinking and improve their comprehensive quality,which is very helpful to cultivate innovative talents.
