摘　　要：老年便秘是最为常见的老年消化疾病之一,它不仅影响消化系统本身的正常运行,同时与老年患者其他脏器组织系统亦密切相关,因此正常的排便亦是临床所关注的重要问题,本篇文章主要介绍了吴华堂教授在多年临床过程中对老年便秘患者临床治疗效果的经验总结。重视中医内外之法相结合来治疗便秘,从而取得了较好的临床疗效。Senile constipation is one of the most common digestive disease in the elderly,it not only affects the normal operation of the digestive system itself,but also closely related to other organs and tissues in elderly patients system,so normal bowel movement is also an important clinical issue of concern.This article mainly introduces the experience of the tutor in the course of many years of clinical treatment of elderly constipation patients.He paid attention to the combination of internal and external methods of traditional Chinese medicine to treat constipation,and thus achieved a good clinical effect.
