针刺配合耳聋左慈丸治疗老年性耳鸣25例

摘　　要：目的观察针刺配合耳聋左慈丸治疗老年性耳鸣的临床疗效。方法将50例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各25例,治疗组取穴为:耳门、听宫、听会、风池、风府、中渚,均为双侧取穴并配合服用耳聋左慈丸;对照组采用口服耳聋左慈丸,观察2组患者治疗前后听阈改变情况及临床疗效。结果治疗组听阈与症状评分较治疗前均有显著改善,临床总有效率为92.0%,与对照组比较,症状改善及临床疗效差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论针刺配合耳聋左慈丸治疗老年性耳鸣疗效值得肯定,而且明显优于药物耳聋左慈丸治疗。Objective To observe the efficacy of acupuncture in the treatment of senile tinnitus.Methods Fifty patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 25 cases in each group.25 cases were treated with Erlong Zuoci pill in the control group,and 25 patients were treated with acupuncture and Erlong Zuoci pill in the treatment group.The treatment group took the acupuncture points:Ermen(SJ21),Tinggong(SI19),Tinghui(GB2),Fengchi(GB20),Fengfu(DU16),Zhongzhu(SJ3),both sides.The control group Erlong Zuoci pill was used to observe the changes of hearing threshold and clinical efficacy before and after treatment.Results The hearing threshold and symptom score of the treatment group were significantly improved compared with those before treatment.The total clinical effective rate was 92%,compared with the control group.In comparison,there was a statistically significant difference in symptom improvement and clinical efficacy.Conclusion The therapeutic effect of acupuncture and Erlong Zuoci pill on senile tinnitus is worthy of recognition,and it is obviously superior to the treatment of drug Erlongzuoci pill.
