中医脑病专业研究生规范化培训存在的问题与建议

摘　　要：住院医师规范化培训是医学人才培养的重要方法,培养合格医师的必由之路。脑血管疾病严重威胁我国民众的健康,给患者及家庭带来沉重的经济负担,脑病专业研究生是未来守护该类患者的主要护卫者。加强中医脑病专业硕士学位研究生培养是保证临床医师培养质量的关键。在住培专业基地评估中,对照国家标准,我们发现目前存在有较多问题,针对这些问题,提出以下建议.Standardized training of resident physicians is an important way to cultivate medical talents,and the only way to train qualified physicians.Cerebrovascular diseases pose a serious threat to the health of Chinese people and bring heavy economic burden to patients and families.It is the key to ensure the quality of clinical physician training to strengthen the postgraduate training of master degree in TCM encephalopathy.In the assessment of residential and distribution professional bases,we found the following problems according to the national standards.In view of the above problems,we put forward the following suggestions.
