奥尔夫音乐结合头针治疗智力低下的疗效

摘　　要：目的观察头针配合奥尔夫音乐治疗智力低下儿童的疗效。方法选取2018年1月~2019年7月我院收治的74例智力低下儿童作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组,每组37例。对照组给予头针治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上给予奥尔夫音乐治疗,比较两组治疗前后IQ值、临床疗效。结果治疗组IQ值高于对照组[(42.63±12.21)vs(35.44±11.13)],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组有效率为78.38%,高于对照组的62.16%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论奥尔夫音乐结合针灸治疗智力低下儿童,有助于帮助患儿建立事物基本概念和提高理解能力,治疗疗效优于单纯针灸。Objective To observe the curative effect of scalp acupuncture and Orff music on children with mental retardation.Methods A total of 74 mentally retarded children admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to July 2019 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and treatment group,with 37 cases in each group.The control group was given scalp acupuncture treatment,and the treatment group was given Orff music therapy on the basis of the control group.The IQ value and clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results The IQ value of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group[(42.63±12.21)vs(35.44±11.13)],the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The effective rate of the treatment group was 78.37%,which was higher than the 62.16%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Orff music combined with acupuncture to treat mentally retarded children could help children establish basic concepts of things and improve comprehension ability,therapeutic effect was better than simple acupuncture.
