摘　　要：全面、有效地对供应商物资采购工作进行评价,是选择合格供应商的依据,对提高企业采购管理工作有积极的推动作用。文章通过定性分析和定量计算相结合对A石化企业进行实证研究,在数据包络法传统CCR模型基础上,构建了超效率DEA模型,进一步提高了绩效评价分级的科学性和有效性,为A石化企业提供了行之有效的供应商解决方案。Supplier performance evaluation is an important link in supplier management.Comprehensive and effective evaluation of material procurement is the basis for selecting qualified suppliers,is the key to ensure the efficient operation of enterprises.It has a positive role in promoting the improvement of enterprise procurement management.This paper carried on the empirical research to the A petrochemical enterprise through the combination of qualitative analysis and quantitative calculation.On the basis of the traditional CCR Model of Data Envelopment Analysis(DEA),the super efficiency DEA model was constructed,which further improved the scientific and effective performance evaluation classification,and provided an effective supplier solution for the A petrochemical enterprises.It has certain theoretical significance and guiding significance for the material procurement work in the future supplier management.
