高校教学管理队伍专业化建设的几点思考

摘　　要：高校教学管理队伍的整体水平如何,直接关系到高校教学管理工作的整体效率,直接关系到高校综合实力的稳步提升、直接影响到高校教学工作的持续深化。同时,教学管理队伍专业化建设并非一蹴而就,而需要从当前存在的不足和问题入手,多措并举,辩证施策。该文从内涵、问题等方面入手,尝试探索高校教学管理队伍专业化建设的可行性路径。The overall level of the teaching management team in Colleges and universities is directly related to the overall efficiency of the teaching management work in Colleges and universities,the steady improvement of the comprehensive strength of colleges and universities,and the continuous deepening of the teaching work in Colleges and universities.At the same time,the professional construction of teaching management team is not achieved overnight,but needs to start from the current shortcomings and problems,take multiple measures simultaneously,and implement dialectical strategies.Starting from the connotation and problems,this paper attempts to explore the feasibility path of the construction of teaching management team specialization in Colleges and universities.
