行业资源融入应用型本科高校工匠精神培育策略研究

摘　　要：工匠精神培育是国家发展、民族复兴的时代需求,是应用型本科高校的时代使命,协同培育工匠精神是行业发展的应尽之责。科学融入行业资源,是应用型本科高校做好工匠精神培育,实现教学和文化传承双赢的必由之路。文章围绕应用型本科高校工匠精神的培育,在梳理分析工匠精神的培育价值和行业资源融入必要性的基础上,以北华航天工业学院为例,分别从融入课堂教学、融入课外实践、融入校园文化三方面探究依托行业资源的应用型本科高校工匠精神培育策略。Cultivating craftsman’s spirit is the needs of the times of national development and national rejuvenation.It is the mission of times for application-oriented undergraduate college.Cultivating the craftsman’s spirit collaboratively is the responsibility of the industry development.Integrating industry resources scientifically is the only way for application-oriented universities to cultivate the craftsman’s spirit and achieve a win-win situation in teaching and cultural inheritance.The article revolves around the cultivation of the craftsmanship spirit of application-oriented undergraduate college,and bases on combing and analyzing the cultivate value of craftsman’s spirit and the necessity of integrating industrial resources.Taking NCIAE as an example,it explores the application-oriented undergraduate college craftsman’s spirit cultivation strategies relying on industry resources from three aspects:integrating into classroom teaching,integrating into extracurricular practice,and integrating into campus culture.
