摘　　要：高血压脑出血起病急、进展快,是危害人类健康的常见急危重症,具有较高的致残率、病死率。随着神经外科技术的深入发展,尤其显微外科的不断进步,治疗高血压脑出血策略日益革新和改善,可供选择的方案也更为多样化。本研究通过对高血压脑出血的发病机制、手术适应证、手术方式3个方面进行综述,为神经外科医师实施规范、合理、正确的救治方案提供参考,从而提升高血压脑出血患者的临床治疗效果,改善生存质量。Hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage,with rapid onset and rapid progress,is a common acute and severe disease endangering human health,and has a highmorbidity and mortality.With the in-depth development of neurosurgery technology,e specially the continuous progress of microsurgery,the treatment strategies for hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage will be increasingly innovative and improved,and the alternative programs will be more diversified.The purpose of this study is to ensure that neurosurgeons implement standard,reasonable and correct treatment plans,improve the clinical treatment effect and improve the quality of life of patients with hypertensivecerebral hemorrhage by reviewing the pathogenesis,indications for surgery and surgical methods.
