摘 要:为了考核混合动力汽车传动系疲劳耐久性,利用负载模拟试验系统在室内真实模拟车辆在实际道路上的动态载荷谱。对负载模拟系统进行动力学分析,建立负载模拟系统一体化分析模型。在试验场实车采集动态载荷谱,并进行分析及处理,确定负载模拟系统载荷谱频带宽度。为了提高负载模拟系统对动态载荷谱的模拟精度,提出了一种基于RPC(远程参数控制)的动态载荷谱模拟方法,通过模拟迭代控制减少跟踪误差。在经过15次模拟迭代控制后其转速、转矩控制精度(1.03%、2.38%)比使用常规PID控制(6.75%、9.32%)分别提高了5.72%、6.94%,迭代后的动态载荷谱响应误差能够控制在5%以内,能够满足室内台架耐久性试验要求。In order to evaluate the fatigue durability of the hybrid vehicle driveline,the load simulation test system is used to simulate the dynamic load spectrum of the vehicle on the actual road.The dynamics analysis of the load simulation system is carried out to establish an integrated analysis model of the load simulation system.The dynamic load spectrum is collected in the test field,and analyzed and processed to determine the load spectrum bandwidth of the load simulation system.In order to improve the simulation accuracy of the dynamic load spectrum of the load simulation system,a dynamic load spectrum simulation method based on RPC(Remote Parameter Control)is proposed,which reduces the tracking error by simulation iterative control.After 15 simulation iterations,the speed and torque control accuracy(1.03%,2.38%)are improved by 5.72%and 6.94%respectively compared with the conventional PID control(6.75%,9.32%).The dynamic load spectrum response after iteration,the error can be controlled within 5%,which can meet the indoor bench durability test requirements.
