改良根治术联合自体植皮术治疗早期乳腺癌的临床效果及对美学评分的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨改良根治术联合自体植皮术治疗早期乳腺癌的临床效果。方法回顾性分析100例早期乳腺癌患者的临床资料,依据手术方法将患者分为联合手术组(n=50,改良根治术联合自体植皮术)和单独手术组(n=50,单独改良根治术)。比较两组的临床效果。结果联合手术组的皮瓣坏死、二次植皮发生率均低于单独手术组(P<0.05)。联合手术组的住院时间短于单独手术组,美学评分高于单独手术组(P<0.05)。联合手术组的术后并发症总发生率及复发率均低于单独手术组(P<0.05)。结论改良根治术联合自体植皮术治疗早期乳腺癌可有效提高手术效果及美学评分,降低术后并发症总发生率及复发率。Objective To explore the clinical effect of modified radical mastectomy combined with autologous skin grafting in the treatment of early breast cancer.Methods The clinical data of 100 patients with early breast cancer were retrospectively analyzed,and the patients were divided into combined operation group(n=50,modified radical mastectomy combined with autologous skin grafting)and single operation group(n=50,modified radical mastectomy alone)by the operation methods.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results The incidence of skin flap necrosis and second skin grafting in the combined operation group were lower than those in the single operation group(P<0.05).The hospitalization time of the combined operation group was shorter than that of the single operation group,and the aesthetic score was higher than that of the single operation group(P<0.05).The total incidence of postoperative complications and recurrence rate in the combined operation group were lower than those in the single operation group(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified radical mastectomy combined with autologous skin grafting in the treatment of early breast cancer can effectively improve the surgical effect and aesthetic score,reduce the total incidence of postoperative complications and recurrence rate.
