左乙拉西坦治疗癫痫的临床疗效及安全性

摘　　要：目的探讨左乙拉西坦治疗癫痫的临床疗效及安全性。方法方便选取该院于2017年4月-2019年4月收治的84例癫痫患者,采用随机数字表法将其分成对照组和观察组各42例,对照组采用奥卡西平治疗,观察组采用左乙拉西坦治疗,6个月后比较两组患者治疗前后的癫痫发作情况和疗效,统计不良反应发生率。结果治疗前两组患者的癫痫月平均发作次数和平均每次发作时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组患者的癫痫月平均发作次数(2.89±1.47)次/月、平均每次发作时间(7.53±2.72)min少于对照组的(3.65±1.58)次/月、(9.37±2.29)min,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率(90.48%)高于对照组(71.43%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率(7.14%)低于对照组(26.19%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论左乙拉西坦治疗癫痫能够有效减少患者的癫痫发作次数,缩短癫痫每次发作时间,提升治疗效果,安全性可靠,值得推广。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of levetiracetam in the treatment of epilepsy.Methods A total of 84 epilepsy patients admitted to the hospital were convenient selected from April 2017 to April 2019 and divided into a control group and an observation group with 42 cases each.The control group was treated with oxcarbazepine and the observation group was treated with levetiracetam.After 6 months,the epilepsy situation and efficacy before and after treatment were compared between the two groups,and the incidence of adverse reactions was counted.Results There was no statistically significant difference in the average number of seizures and the average time of each seizure between the two groups of patients before treatment(P>0.05);the average number of seizures(2.89±1.47)times per month in the observation group after treatment The average time of each attack(7.53±2.72)min was less than that of the control group(3.65±1.58)times per month,(9.37±2.29)min,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the total effective rate of treatment in the observation group(90.48%)was higher than the control group(71.43%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group(7.14%)was lower than the control group(26.19%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Levetiracetam can effectively reduce the number of seizures,shorten the time of each seizure,improve the treatment effect,and is safe and reliable.It is worth promoting.
