摘　　要：目的探究结直肠癌(CRC)患者血清糖类抗原19-9(CA19-9)、胰岛素样生长因子-1(IGF-1)、趋化因子-21(CCL-21)表达水平及其临床意义。方法以2016年6月至2018年12月本院收治的109例CRC患者(研究组)和50名健康体检者为研究对象。比较2组血清CA19-9、IGF-1、CCL-21水平,分析其与CRC患者年龄、肿瘤分化程度及TNM分期相关性。结果观察组血清CA19-9、IGF-1、CCL-21水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。不同年龄者间血清CA19-9、IGF-1、CCL-21水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但CRC患者血清CA19-9、IGF-1、CCL-21水平与肿瘤分化程度呈负相关,与肿瘤TNM分期呈正相关(P<0.01)。结论 CRC患者血清CA19-9、IGF-1、CCL-21水平均呈现高表达趋势,且其水平与肿瘤分化程度、淋巴转移等有关。Objective To investigate the expression levels of sugar chain antigen 19-9(CA19-9),insulin-like growth factor-1(IGF-1),and chemokine-21(CCL-21)in patients with colorectal cancer(CRC)and their clinical significance.Methods From June 2016 to December 2018,109 CRC patients(study group)and 50 health check-ups admitted in our hospital were taken as the research subjects.The levels of CA19-9,IGF-1,and CCL-21 were compared between two groups,and its correlation with age,tumor differentiation,and TNM stage of CRC patients was analyzed.Results The levels of CA19-9,IGF-1,and CCL-21 in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in CA19-9,IGF-1,and CCL-21 levels in cases with CRC at different ages(P>0.05),but the levels of CA19-9,IGF-1,and CCL-21 were significantly negatively correlated with the degree of tumor differentiation,and significantly positively correlated with the TNM stage of the tumor(P<0.01).Conclusion The serum levels of CA19-9,IGF-1,and CCL-21 in CRC patients showed a high expression trend,and their levels were related to the degree of tumor differentiation and lymphatic metastasis.
