探讨Carisolv(伢典)化学机械去腐系统在年轻恒牙龋病治疗中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨Carisolv(伢典)化学机械去腐系统在年轻恒牙龋病治疗中的应用。方法:选择本院2018年1月~2018年12月接收的年轻恒牙患者作为研究对象,一共60例患者、60颗患牙,根据随机数字表法将60例患者分组为对照组(n=30)和观察组(n=30)。对照组按照常规方法进行去龋:车针钻磨法,观察组利用Carisolv化学机械去龋法。比较两组患者的疼痛程度。随访两组患者1年,比较两组患者充填体的不良情况。结果:(1)观察组治疗后1d、治疗后1周的VAS评分(3.82±1.55分、1.55±0.35分)明显比对照组(5.58±3.55分、3.05±0.65分)更低,P<0.05;与治疗后1d对比,两组患者治疗后1周的VAS评分明显降低,P<0.05。(2)两组患者充填体的不良情况无明显差异,P>0.05。结论:Carisolv(伢典)化学机械去腐系统在年轻恒牙龋病治疗中的应用效果显著,值得广泛应用。Objective:To investigate the application of Carisolv(yadian)chemo-mechanical removal system for the treatment of young permanent dental caries.Methods:Young permanent tooth patients admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to December 2018 were selected as the study subjects,with a total of 60 patients and 60 affected teeth.According to the random number table method,the 60 patients were divided into the control group(n=30)and the observation group(n=30).Carisolv chemical mechanical caries removal was used in the observation group.Pain levels were compared between the two groups.Patients in the two groups were followed up for 1 year to compare the adverse conditions of backfill in the two groups.Results:(1)VAS scores of the observation group(3.82±1.55,1.55±0.35)were significantly lower than those of the control group(5.58±3.55,3.05±0.65)1d and 1 week after treatment(P<0.05).Compared with 1d after treatment,VAS score of 1 week in the two groups decreased significantly(P<0.05).(2)There was no significant difference in the adverse conditions of backfill between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Carisolv(yadian)chemo-mechanical removal system has a remarkable effect on the treatment of young permanent dental caries.
