摘　　要：目的:探讨内镜下氩离子凝固术结合止血夹对非静脉曲张性消化道出血患者止血效果及并发症的影响。方法:采用随机数表法将在2017年2月~2019年2月就诊的86例非静脉曲张性消化道出血患者分为2组,各43例。对照组采用内镜下氩离子凝固术,观察组采用内镜下氩离子凝固术结合止血夹,比较两组止血效果、并发症。结果:观察组止血有效率高于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:非静脉曲张性消化道出血患者采用内镜下氩离子凝固术结合止血夹的止血效果较好,且术后并发症较少。Objective:To explore the effect of endoscopic argon ion coagulation combined with hemostasis clamp on hemostasis and complications in patients with non varicose gastrointestinal bleeding.Methods:86 patients with non variceal gastrointestinal bleeding from February 2017 to February 2019 in our hospital were divided into two groups with 43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with argon ion coagulation under endoscopy,while the observation group was treated with argon ion coagulation under endoscopy and hemostasis clamp.The hemostasis effect and complications of the two groups were compared.Results:The hemostasis efficiency of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The hemostasis effect of endoscopic argon ion coagulation combined with hemostasis clamp is better in patients with non varicose gastrointestinal bleeding,and the postoperative complications are less.
