改良Nance弓矫治上颌埋伏尖牙的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:比较改良Nance弓和常规口腔正畸固定矫正技术在矫治上颌埋伏尖牙的疗效。方法:选取2017年1月~2019年12月本院口腔科门诊收诊的上颌埋伏尖牙患者30例为研究对象,随机分为研究组与对照组各15例,对照组患者应用常规正畸固定矫正技术进行治疗,研究组实施改良Nance弓矫治,对比对两组患者临床治疗效果,并进行统计分析。结果:所有患者在术后4~12个月中上颌埋伏尖牙均矫正到正常位置,研究组患者平均萌出时间为(5.6±2.1)个月,对照患者平均萌出时间为(6.6±2.5)个月,无患者出现术后并发症,两组患者在尖牙萌生率比较上,组间数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:改良Nance弓矫治上颌埋伏尖牙优于常规口腔正畸固定矫正技术。Objective:To compare the curative effect of the modified nance arch and the conventional orthodontic fixed technique in the treatment of maxillary impacted canine.Methods:From January 2017 to December 2019,30 patients with maxillary impacted canine were randomly divided into study group and control group,each with 15 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional orthodontic fixation and correction technology,and the study group was treated with modified Nance bow,and the clinical treatment effect of the two groups was compared and statistically analyzed.Results:All patients were corrected to normal position in 4-12 months after operation.The average eruption time of the patients in the study group was(5.6±2.1)months,and that of the control group was(6.6±2.5)months.There was no postoperative complications in the two groups.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The modified Nance arch is superior to the conventional orthodontic technique in the treatment of impacted maxillary canine.
