高压灭菌器对口腔医疗器械灭菌效果的分析

摘　　要：目的:探究影响高压灭菌器对口腔医疗器械进行灭菌工作效果的因素。方法:选择本院在2018年3月~2018年12月对口腔科医疗器械进行灭菌的91锅共339个灭菌包的灭菌情况进行统计,找到产生湿包影响因素的解决办法调整后,在2019年2月~2019年10月应用新方法对口腔科医疗器械进行灭菌的88锅共350个灭菌包的灭菌情况进行统计,对比应用新方法前后的湿包率。结果:统计的339个灭菌包在灭菌后湿包为19件,湿包率为5.60%,使用改进灭菌方法之后,统计的350个灭菌包在灭菌后湿包为7件,湿包率为2.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:通过对高压灭菌方法的改进,如加强灭菌人员学习、规范灭菌包裹的装卸、积极主动对高压灭菌器进行维护与检修、成立紧急预案,降低灭菌过程中的湿包率,显著提高了高压灭菌器杀菌效果。Objective:To explore the factors that affect the effect of autoclave sterilization on oral medical devices.Methods:The statistics of the sterilization of 339 sterilization packages of 91 pots that were used to sterilize dental medical equipment from March 2018 to December 2018 were selected by the Department of Stomatology of our hospital to find the solutions to the factors affecting the wet packs.After the adjustment,from February 2019 to October 2019,the sterilization of a total of 350 sterilization packs of 88 pots for sterilizing dental medical equipment was applied to compare the wet pack rates before and after applying the new method.Results:According to statistics,there are 19 wet-packs of 339 sterilized bags after sterilization,and the wet-packing rate is 5.60%.After using the improved sterilization method,a total of 350 sterilized wet bags were sterilized.The wet pack rate is 2.00%.and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Through the improvement of autoclaving methods,such as strengthening the learning of sterilization personnel,regulating the loading and unloading of sterilization packages,proactively maintaining and repairing autoclaves,and establishing emergency plans to reduce the wet package rate during sterilization,Significantly improve the sterilization effect of the autoclave.
