基于MPC的VitalBeam直线加速器束流一致性与准直系统性能检测

摘　　要：直线加速器的质控工作在精准放疗中起着关键作用。瓦里安推出的机器性能检测(Machine Performance Check,MPC)功能可在短时间内快速完成加速器的日检工作。本文借助MPC模块实施VitalBeam直线加速器日检工作,分析讨论VitalBeam加速器的束流一致性参数和准直系统指标的检测结果。通过第三方剂量测量设备的验证,证实MPC模块的检测工作是可信的。VitalBeam直线加速器的性能相对稳定,有助于临床肿瘤患者的精准治疗。The quality control of linear accelerator plays a key role in precise radiotherapy.The function module of Machine Performance Check(MPC)launched by Varian can complete the daily check of accelerator rapidly in a short time.In this study,the daily check of VitalBeam accelerator was performed based on the MPC.The check results of the beam consistency and collimation system about the VitalBeam accelerator were analyzed and discussed.According to the verification of the third party dosimetry equipment,the check results of MPC were verified to be receivable.The performance of VitalBeam linear accelerator is relatively stable,which is helpful for the accurate treatment of clinical tumor patients.
