摘　　要：目的:探究三维适形放疗放射野布局对原发性肝癌患者放射性肝损伤起到的影响作用。方法:选取2018年8月~2019年8月本院收治的40例原发性肝癌患者,将其采用随机分组法分为对照组(20例,多野布局三维适形放疗)以及观察组(20例,少野布局三维适形放疗),对两组患者的最终治疗效果进行数据的统计和分析。结果:观察组急性放射性肝损伤发生率、晚期放射性肝损伤发生率均明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:少野布局三维适形放疗对于原发性肝癌患者起到的治疗效果更佳,降低其肝损伤率。Objective:To explore the effect of three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy radiation field layout on radiation liver injury in patients with primary liver cancer.Methods:40 patients with primary liver cancer admitted in our hospital from August 2018 to August 2019 were selected and randomly divided into control group(20 cases,multi field layout 3D conformal radiotherapy)and observation group(20 cases,three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy with less field layout).The final treatment effect of the two groups was statistically analyzed.Results:The incidence of acute radioactive liver injury and late radioactive liver injury in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Minimally invasive three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy has a better therapeutic effect on patients with primary liver cancer and reduces the risk of liver injury.
