摘  要:目前对各种食品的质量安全开始不断加以重视,猪肉作为老百姓餐桌上经常出现的肉食,其质量好坏对“菜篮子”工程能否正常实施具有重要意义。因此,严格落实生猪屠宰场(点)的检疫工作显得尤为重要,只有把检疫工作做好、做到位,才能切实保证畜产品的质量安全,全面推进畜牧业的持续健康稳定发展。该文主要论述基层生猪屠宰场(点)检疫存在的问题,并提出相应的解决对策。At present,the quality and safety of all kinds of food has been paid more and more attention.Pork,as a kind of meat which often appears on the people's table,is of great significance to the“vegetable basket”project.Therefore,it is very important to carry out the quarantine work in pig slaughterhouses strictly.Only by doing the quarantine work well,can the quality and safety of animal products be guaranteed and the sustainable,healthy and stable development of animal husbandry be promoted.This paper mainly discusses the problems existing in the quarantine of basic-level pig slaughterhouses(points),and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.
