摘　　要：文章概述了我国餐饮业大气污染防治政策和标准的现状,统计了餐饮业油烟净化设备生产企业的分布、不同净化原理设备的应用情况,分析了不同净化原理设备的净化性能,并提出相关建议。This paper summarized the existing air pollution prevention and control policies and standards in China's catering industry,made a statistical analysis of the distribution of cooking fume purification equipment manufacturers for the catering industry and the application of equipment with different purification principles,analyzed the purification performance of equipment with different principles,and put forward relevant suggestions under the requirements of new standards.
