红辉沸石制备抗老化涂料染料及其应用研究

摘  要:以红辉沸石制作抗老化染料作为涂料添加剂,研究染料与红辉沸石的最佳配比,并进行外观/氙弧灯光老化试验。结果显示,由红辉沸石抗老化染料制作的外墙涂料防褪色抗老化效果明显优于原普通彩色外墙涂料,分别光照200 h、400 h、600 h,添加红辉沸石的涂料比未添加红辉沸石的涂料变色程度小;且红辉沸石加入涂料前,是否预吸附染料对其防褪色抗老化效果无影响。因此在涂料实际生产过程中,沸石可直接添加,以简化工艺流程,达到节约成本的效果。Using natural stellerite to make anti-aging dyes as coating additive,the optimal ratio of dyes and stellerite was researched,appearance/xenon arc light aging test was also conducted.The result shows that the anti-fading and anti-aging effect of the exterior wall-coating making from anti-aging dyes with stellerite is better than the original colored exterior wall-coating.After irradiation for 200 h,400 h and 600 h respectively,the discoloration of the coating added stellerite is smaller than that of the coating without stellerite.Before the stellerite is added to the coating,whether the dye is pre-adsorbed or not doesn't affect its anti-fading and anti-aging effect.Therefore,in the actual production process of the coating,stellerite can be directly added to simplify the process and achieve the effect of saving costs.
