摘　　要：高校辅导员是高校育人工作的骨干力量,更是高校大学生身心健康发展以及成长成才过程中的指导者与引路人,高校辅导员对自身使命担当的认知与实践,对于提升高校育人水平、推动高校持续发展以及高校辅导员个人价值实现具有重要意义。强化使命自觉、提升个人素养、加强工作实践是高校辅导员使命担当的实现路径。Counselors are not only the mainstay of education at colleges and universities,but also the guide for Students'physical and mental health development.College counselors'cognition and practice of their own mission are of great significance to improve the level of education,promote the sustainable development of colleges and universities,and realize the personal values of college counselors.To accomplish the mission,counselors should strengthen their sense of mission,improve personal qualities and reinforce education practice.
