摘  要:目的研究IOTA Logistic回归模型LR2应用于高海拔地区卵巢肿瘤定性诊断的价值。方法选取我院因卵巢肿瘤收治患者258例,入院后均接受LR2辅助的超声诊断并随访病理结果。结果LR2对各类病理分型的诊断特异度差异较小,对各类诊断效能较高;本研究与初始研究的各项诊断效能指标基本一致,有较好的前瞻性预测效果;年龄、实性区域长径、囊壁不光滑、囊壁乳凸合并血流信号、腹水、声影减退等特征均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论IOTA Logistic回归模型LR2是基于大样本量研究提出的一种前瞻性评估模型,具有步骤简单、应用范围广、诊断效能高等优势。Objective To study the value of IOTA Logistic regression model LR2 in the qualitative diagnosis of ovarian tumors in high altitude areas.Methods Subjects were selected from 258 patients admitted to our hospital for ovarian tumors.After admission,all patients received LR2-assisted ultrasound diagnosis and follow-up pathological results.Results The diagnostic specificity difference of LR2 for various pathological types is small.The diagnostic efficiency of LR2 is high.The diagnostic efficiency indexes of this study and the initial study are basically the same,with good prospective prediction effect.Age,solid area length,cyst wall is not smooth,cyst wall mastoid combined with blood flow signal,ascites,and acoustic shadow decreased(P<0.05).Conclusions The IOTA Logistic regression model LR2 is a prospective evaluation model based on a large sample size study.It has the advantages of simple steps,wide application range,and high diagnostic efficiency.
