摘 要:为探讨叶面施硒与水稻氮代谢关系,采用盆栽试验,分析4种硒浓度(0,20,40,60mg·kg^-1)下,水稻生育后期不同器官氮含量、氮积累、氮分配比例及氮迁移率和硒含量的变化规律。结果表明:0~40mg·kg^-1硒处理时,随着硒浓度的增加,水稻植株和精米硒含量、硒积累量均显著增加,精米硒含量为0.084~0.173mg·kg^-1,是对照的3.65~7.52倍。硒浓度0~40mg·kg^-1时,随着硒浓度的增加,叶片、茎和穗的氮含量和氮积累量显著增加,40mg·kg^-1硒处理籽粒蛋白质含量比对照增加3.83%,60mg·kg^-1硒处理叶片、茎和穗的氮含量和氮积累量降低。可见,松粳9号孕穗期喷施40mg·kg^-1硒,有利于植株氮吸收,提高精米硒的含量,且精米硒含量达到富硒大米标准。In order to explore the relationship between the foliar application of selenium and the nitrogen uptake of rice,pot experiments were carried out to analyze the changes of nitrogen content in different organs,nitrogen accumulation,nitrogen distribution ratio,nitrogen mobility and selenium content in the late stage of rice under four selenium treatments(0,20,40,60mg·kg^-1).The results showed that Se content and Se accumulation of rice plants and polished rice were increased significantly,with the increase of Se concentration.The Se content of polished rice was 0.083-0.173mg·kg^-1,and was 3.65~7.52 times higher than that of the control.0-40 mg·kg^-1 selenium can increase the nitrogen content and its accumulation in leaves,stems and spikes,with the increase of Se concentration.40mg·kg^-1 selenium treated increased protein content by 3.83%compared with the control,while 60mg·kg^-1 selenium can reduce the nitrogen content and its accumulation in leaves,stems and spikes.40mg·kg^-1 selenium at the booting stage of Songjing 9 was beneficial to plant nitrogen absorption and increased the Se content of milled rice to reached the standard of Se enriched rice.
