摘　　要：目的:探讨静脉注射甲基苯丙胺(methamphetamine,MA)后,处死家兔24 h内,各脏器和血液中MA的再分布情况。方法:家兔耳缘静脉推注10 mg·kg-1盐酸甲基苯丙胺,30 min后窒息处死,以仰卧位于22-24℃保存,分别于死后0、2、6、12、24 h解剖并取样心脏血、股动脉血和脑、肺、心肌、胃壁、肝、肾。采用氯仿萃取,GC/MS检测MA含量。结果:在死亡早期,家兔的脑、胃壁、肝组织中MA的含量基本没有变化;心肌、心脏血、股动脉血中的MA有一定的变化趋势,但并未显著升高;肺和肾组织中的MA含量呈显著的下降趋势。结论:注射MA的中毒家兔在死亡早期血液和各脏器中的含量变化与灌胃给药方式的中毒家兔有所不同,可能受到给药方式、给药量等的影响。Objective:To investigate the postmortem redistribution of intravenously injected methamphetamine in rabbits within 24 hours after death. Methods:The rabbits were randomly divided into five groups, 6 rats in each group, and received an intravenous injection of hydrochloride methamphetamine(10 mg·kg-1 body weight) via ear vein. The rabbits were killed 30 min after administration, and the corpses were stored in supine position at 22-24℃. Samples including cardiac blood, femoral arterial blood, brain, lung, heart, gastric wall, liver and kidney were collected at 0, 2, 6, 12, and 24 h after death, respectively. The contents of methamphetamine were detected by chloroform extraction and GC/MS. Results:In the early stages of death, the relative contents of methamphetamine(MA) in rabbit brain tissue, gastric tissue and liver tissue did not significantly change;the MA contents in myocardium, heart blood and femoral arterial blood had some changes, but did not show significantly increased;the MA contents in lung tissue and kidney tissue were significantly decreased. Conclusion:The changes in concentrations of intravenously injected MA in blood and organs during the early-stages of death were different from that administrated orally in rabbits, which may be affected by the mode of administration, dosage, and so on.
