摘　　要：人才乃国家发展之根本,民族振兴之大业。的确,我们比历史上任何时期都更需要广开进贤之路、广纳天下英才。只有培养一批卓尔不群的人才队伍,才能为中华民族的伟大复兴提供支撑,才能提升我国在国际上的地位,进一步打开与世界交流的权限。人才兴则国家兴,人才担负着国家的使命、人民的希望。人才思想是邓小平理论的重要组成部分,主要从人才培养前提、标准、体系及其蕴含的时代价值几个方面进行阐释。其思想的发展形成为新时期人才工作提供了理论指导和行动指南,对现阶段的人才工作具有鲜明的指导意义。Talent is the foundation of national development and the great cause of national rejuvenation.It is true that we need to open the way to the world's talents more widely than any time in history.Only cultivating a group of outstanding talents can provide support for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,enhance our position in the international arena,and further open up the authority to communicate with the world more.It is the mission of the country and the hope of the people that the country should prosper.The thought of talent is an important part of Deng Xiaoping theory,which mainly explains the premise,standard,system and the value of the times.The development of his thought on talents provides the theory guidance and the action guide for the talent job in the new period and has the distinct guidance significance to the talent job at the present stage.
