摘 要:为提高普通高校羽毛球教学效果,培养学生终身体育意识,以选修羽毛球课的32名男大学生为对象进行了身体功能性训练。测试发现,实验组学生的立定跳远、原地掷球、四角跑、折返跑成绩明显提高,而1000 m项目成绩变化不大。实验组与对照组学生的正反手击头顶球动作没有显著差异,而正反手接球差距明显。结果表明,身体功能性训练对学生的力量素质、灵敏素质提高具有良好效果,但对耐力素质的改善效果不佳。身体功能性训练能有效提升羽毛球专项力量传输的流畅性及动作的稳定性。In order to improve the badminton teaching in colleges and universities,an experiment was conducted on physical functional training with 32 male students as the example.It was found that the scores of standing broad jump,on-site ball throw,quadrangle run and shuttle run of the students in the experimental group improved remarkably,while the score of 1000 m run kept the same.The students in the experimental group and the contrast group performed the same in forehand and backhand overhead stroke,while performed much differently in forehand and backhand ball receipt.The results show that the physical functional training will improve the student’s strength and sensitivity but not the endurance.The training will promote the strength fluency and movement stability of badminton players.
