摘  要:数值仿真技术在民机研制中扮演越来越重要角色,已成为飞机数字化设计和试验中不可缺少的手段。飞机结构数值仿真关键是如何准确地建立有限元分析模型。鉴于此,根据国内外发展情况,总结和分析了飞机结构应力有限元建模、子模型、金属和复合材料薄壁结构屈曲建模及分析方法,以及工程中模型校核和验证方法,对于每种情况,阐述了其原理和方法,给出了典型应用。最后提出了数值仿真分析技术未来需要解决的问题,包括飞机结构有限元建模规范,大型结构非线性数值仿真等。Numerical simulations have played an important role in civil aircraft development,and become an in⁃dispensable means for the aircraft digital design and test.The key to structure numerical simulations is to establish a finite element model with reasonable accuracy.The development of the numerical simulations at home and abroad for aircraft structures was introduced,such as finite element modeling of stress analysis,global-local modeling methods,the buckling modeling and analytical methods of the stiffened thin-walled structure and verification and validation of models.For each case,the theory and method were explained and typical applications were described.Finally,the some problems about the numerical simulations to be solved in the future were put forth,including the guidance for fi⁃nite element modeling of aircraft structures and nonlinear numerical simulations for large aircraft structures.
