摘　　要：目的探讨环状核糖核酸92400(circ-92400)在大肠腺癌组织中的表达及临床病理意义。方法收集102例大肠腺癌组织标本及癌旁正常肠组织标本,应用RNA原位杂交技术检测circ-92400表达情况,并分析其与病理参数的关系。结果circ-92400在大肠腺癌组织中呈阳性表达,阳性率为77.45%(79/102)。circ-92400阳性表达与肿瘤大小、淋巴结转移、肿瘤TNM分期、分化程度有相关性,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。circ-92400在大肠腺癌组织中的阳性细胞百分比为(58.00±13.00)%,高于癌旁正常肠组织的(11.00±3.00)%,差异有统计学意义(t=5.84,P<0.05)。结论大肠腺癌组织中circ-92400呈阳性表达,其阳性表达与肿瘤大小、淋巴结转移、肿瘤TNM分期、分化程度密切相关,circ-92400或可作为大肠腺癌的新的肿瘤标志物。Objective To explore the expression and clinicopathological significance of circular ribose nucleic acid 92400(circ-92400)in tissues of colorectal adenocarcinoma.Methods The expression of circ-92400 was detected by RNA in situ hybridization technology in colorectal adenocarcinoma and their adjacent normal intestinal tissues of 102 cases,and the correlations between circ-92400 and pathological parameters were analyzed.Results The positive detection rate of circ-92400 was 77.45%(79/102)in tissues of colorectal adenocarcinoma.The positive expression of circ-92400 was correlated with tumor size,lymph node metastasis,TNM stage and degree of differentiation(P<0.05).The percentage value of positive circ-92400 cells in colorectal adenocarcinoma tissues was(58.00±13.00)%,which was significantly higher than(11.00±3.00)%in adjacent normal intestinal tissues(t=5.84,P<0.05).Conclusion The positive expression of circ-92400 is closely correlated with tumor size,lymph node metastasis,TNM stage and degree of differentiation,and circ-92400 may be a new tumor marker of colorectal adenocarcinoma.
