摘 要:目的探讨急诊科护士工作压力源与工作倦怠感、自我效能及心理控制能力的相关性。方法选取2018年1月至2019年8月我院在职的128名急诊科护士,根据工作压力分为正常组86名、压力组42名。采用问卷调查法搜集研究对象信息,并进行相关影响因素分析,采用Peaeson分析急诊科护士压力源与工作倦怠感、自我效能及心理控制能力的相关性。结果相关性分析显示,工作倦怠感与急诊科护士工作压力源存在正相关;自我效能与急诊科护士工作压力源存在负相关;心理控制能力与护士急诊科工作压力源存在负相关。结论临床护理管理工作中应注重缓解工作压力,重视奖励机制,消除工作倦怠感,提高自我效能以及心理控制能力,从而提高工作质量,促进急诊科的良性发展。Objective To explore the correlation between emergency nurses'job stressors and job burnout,self-efficacy and psychological control ability.Methods To select 128 emergency nurses who were employed in our hospital from January 2018 to August 2019,and they were divided into 86 of normal group and 42 of stress group according to work stress.The questionnaire survey method was used to collect the information of the study objects,and analyze the related influencing factors.Peaeson was used to analyze the correlation between the emergency nurses'job stressors and job burnout,self-efficacy and psychological control ability.Results Correlation analysis showed that job burnout was positively correlated with the emergency nurses'job stressors,self-efficacy was negatively correlated with emergency nurses'job stressors,and psychological control ability was negatively correlated with emergency nurses'job stressors.Conclusion In clinical nursing management,attention should be paid to relieve work stress,pay attention to reward mechanism,eliminate job burnout,improve self-efficacy and psychological control ability,so as to improve work quality and promote the benign development of emergency department.
