摘 要:为了制备用于处理印染废水的高效、环保的有机高分子絮凝剂,利用相溶解度法测定不同浓度的β-环糊精溶液中疏水单体丙烯酸正丁酯(BA)的溶解度,表明β-环糊精对BA具有较好的增溶作用。在水溶液中,用过硫酸钾(K 2S 2O 8)/亚硫酸氢钠(NaHSO 3)作引发剂,以马来酸酐改性后生成的β-环糊精衍生物(β-CD-MAH)、阳离子单体二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵(DMDAAC)和丙烯酸正丁酯(BA)为反应单体,不添加表面活性剂,制得疏水性不同的疏水化β-环糊精基阳离子型聚电解质P(β-CD-MAH-co-DMDAAC-co-BA)。通过分析疏水单体用量对P(β-CD-MAH-co-DMDAAC-co-BA)的产率、阳离子度、特性黏度、溶液表面张力、溶解时间等物化参数的影响,选取共聚单体质量比β-CD-MAH/DMDAAC/BA为62/35/3(即疏水单体质量分数为3%时)所制得的絮凝剂分别对活性红RBN染液、酸性蓝N-RL染液进行脱色,脱色率可达90%以上。In order to prepare efficient and environmentally organic polymer flocculant for treating dyeing and printing wastewater,using phase solubility method to measure the solubility of hydrophobic monomer n-butylacrylate(BA)in theβ-cyclodextrin solution with different concentration.It was showed thatβ-cyclodextrin had a better solubilization effect on BA.In an aqueous solution,hydrophobicβ-cyclodextrin based cationic polyelectrolyte P(β-CD-MAH-co-DMDAAC-co-BA)with different hydrophobic properties were synthesized without adding surfactant,in which the potassium persulfate and sodium bisulfite were used as the initiators,the derivative ofβ-CD(β-CD-MAH)modified by malefic anhydride methyl,dimethyl dially ammonium chloride(DMDAAC)and n-butylacrylate(BA)were used as monomers.Effects of the amount of hydrophobic monomer on production rate,cationic degree,intrinsic viscosity,dissolution time and solution surface tension of the copolymer P(β-CD-MAH-co-DMDAAC-co-BA)were analyzed to select the comonomers which have a mass ratio ofβ-CD-MAH/AETAC/St was 65/30/5(or the amount of hydrophobic monomer was 3%).Then the flocculant was prepared and dealt with the dye solution of reactive red RBN and acid blue N-RL,and the highest decolorization rate could reach above 90%.
