痰饮治则“温药和之”中“和”字发音商榷

摘　　要：《金匮要略》中,痰饮病的治疗总则为“病痰饮者,当以温药和之”。笔者认为,“和”字发音应为hè,即扶正与祛邪、治本之药与温药一唱一和,或可帮助学生理清痰饮病用方遣药的思路,并把握痰饮病证全程的治疗法则。In Jin Gui Yao Lue,the therapeutic principle for phlegm and fluid is“Warm herbs should be used for the treatment of phlegm and fluid”.The author believed that the character“he”in the principle should be pronounced as“hè”,namely the cooperation of warm herbs with medicine for root,and medicine of supporting the healthy energy and to eliminate the evil factors,which could help students grasp the thoughts of prescriptions and medication for phlegm and fluid and master the therapeutic principle of whole process of phlegm and fluid.
